Tomorrow, the Miami Dolphins Business Alliance and the Greater South Florida Chamber will host a trade show at the Bank United Club Level of Sun Life Stadium.
The trade show will take place from 2:00 – 7:00 pm and will feature more than 140 corporate exhibitors. In addition to the trade show, guests will be able to their photo taken with the 1972 and 1973 Super Bowl trophies, as well as have the opportunity to win free tickets and pre-game field passes to a Miami Dolphins home game.
The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the University of Miami’s September 21st game against the Savannah State Tigers will kickoff at 7:00 pm at Sun Life Stadium. The game will be available on ESPN3.
After defeating the University of Florida, 21-16, this past Saturday the Hurricanes jumped to 15th in the latest AP Top 25 poll. This is the first time that Miami has been ranked in the Top 25 this season.
Season tickets as well as individual game tickets are still available for the Miami Hurricanes.
Executive is responsible for all business operations of the Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium.
A proven executive with a track record of success in business and sports, Tom Garfinkel has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium, it was announced today by Dolphins Owner and Managing General Partner Stephen Ross. Garfinkel was selected following an executive search led by RSE Ventures CEO Matt Higgins and Turnkey Sports and Entertainment.
“I’m excited to announce that Tom Garfinkel is our new President and CEO,” said Ross.
Tomorrow, the Miami Hurricanes will host in-state rival Florida at Sun Life Stadium. The two schools last met in 2008 in Gainesville, and this is the first meeting in Miami since 2003. Tomorrow’s game will be the first ever meeting between the two schools at Sun Life Stadium.
The University of Florida comes into tomorrow’s contest ranked 12th in the AP Poll and 9th in the USA Today Coaches Poll. Miami is ranked 24th in the Coaches Poll. Currently there are no future games scheduled between the two teams.
Advanced parking passes for Saturday’s football game between the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators are now sold out for the main parking lots of Sun Life Stadium. Only cars with a prepaid parking pass will be able to park in these lots (Maroon, Purple, Green, Blue, and Orange).
Parking will be available on a first come first served basis in the cash lots surround Sun Life Stadium. Parking for Saturday’s game between the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators will be $30.
In recognition of National Day of Service and the 12th Anniversary of September 11th, the Miami Dolphins Special Teams volunteer program will be preparing care packages to send to overseas stationed troops.
The third-annual care packaging event will take place at Sun Life Stadium on September 11th from 5-9 pm at Gate C Plaza.
Last year’s event resulted in more than 750 care packages sent to troops serving overseas, reaching over 3,500 soldiers. This year’s goal is to collect enough items to package and distribute 1,000 care packages.
Home opener against Atlanta Falcons at Sun Life Stadium quickly approaching a sellout
Miami, FL – Fresh off winning “Artist to Watch” at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, Austin Mahone will perform at halftime of Miami’s “Kids Kickoff” regular season home opener against the Atlanta Falcons on September 22 at Sun Life Stadium. As part of “Kids Kickoff”, the team is selling special $15 tickets for all youth ages 15 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket against the Falcons.
