Norwegian is the “Official Cruise Line of the Miami Dolphins”
MIAMI – October 17, 2013 – Norwegian Cruise Line and the Miami Dolphins announced today that the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders will christen Miami’s ultimate ship, Norwegian Getaway, as the official Godmothers. The Christening Ceremony will take place on February 7, 2014 on board Norwegian Getaway, the largest ship to homeport year-round in Miami. The line also announced a partnership with the Miami Dolphins that designates Norwegian Cruise Line as the “Official Cruise Line” of the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium.
The Atlantic Coast Conference announced that the University of Miami’s October 5th game against Georgia Tech will kickoff at 3:30 pm at Sun Life Stadium.
The 15th ranked Miami Hurricanes (4-0) are coming off of yesterday’s 49– 21 victory over the University of South Florida at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Georgia Tech comes into the game with a record of 3-1 after falling to Virginia Tech last Thursday night by a score of 17-10.

The Miami Dolphins have selected Michelle Bernstein as the recipient of the NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award.
The NFL and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) have partnered for the third annual NFL Hispanic Heritage Leadership Awards during the 2013 celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The awards recognize the contributions of Hispanic leaders in each NFL market.
The Dolphins will honor Bernstein on September 22 at their Hispanic Heritage game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Michelle Bernstein, a Miami native, is a successful Chef and restaurant owner, co-host and community activist.

The financial services organization awarded $220,000 in grants and scholarships to four nonprofit community organizations: Casa Valentina, ChildNet, New Horizons of Southwest Florida and Urban Youth Impact, as well as exemplary students nominated by each nonprofit: Kimberly Sandino, Vanessa Civil, Angel Lopez and Rachelle Battle.
Miami, FL – The Miami Dolphins and Tri-Rail have announced a partnership that will provide free shuttle service from the Golden Glades Tri-Rail Station to Sun Life Stadium for all Dolphins home games this season. The service provides event-goers with a safe, efficient and cost-effective way to beat the traffic while supporting the Dolphins. This first time partnership was made possible due to the recent enhancement of Tri-Rail’s Weekend schedule with the addition of hourly train service.
Free shuttle service will start approximately three hours before the start of each game to give fans time to arrive for tailgating.
