Soccer Power House Brazil Returns to Sun Life Stadium for Friendly Against Colombia on September 5, 2014
Sun Life Stadium and Relevent Sports announced the Brazilian national soccer team will face Colombia on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 8:30 p.m. ET at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. The match marks the return of Brazil’s national soccer team to the South Florida area after setting a new soccer attendance record at Sun Life Stadium of 71,124 in a match against Honduras in 2013. The game comes on the heels of the second World Cup hosted by Brazil and following the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup finals in Miami on August 4, 2014.

For the first time in its 41-year history, the American Invitational, presented by G&C Farm will be held in Miami at Sun Life Stadium. The $200,000 American Invitational presented by G&C Farm, also known as the “Super Bowl of Show Jumping”, is the only major equestrian competition to be held in a football stadium in the United States. Originally held in Tampa, FL for the past 41 years, the American Invitational relocates to Miami for the first time in 2014. Competitors include Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions and some of the best riders from around the globe all competing for a $200,000 purse and coveted world-ranking points.
