LAND SHARK STADIUM TO FEATURE BRITTO-INSPIRED DESIGN AND EXCLUSIVE OCEAN DRIVE CLUB

Miami, FL – Just minutes before the unveiling of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders 2010 Swimsuit Calendar at Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion, on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross announced that world-renowned artist Romero Britto will be bringing Land Shark Stadium alive through his iconic art and that Ocean Drive Magazine will be opening an exclusive, ultra-modern, Ocean Drive Club inside the stadium.

The stadium’s helixes and gate entrances will be adorned by Britto’s high-energy and vibrant art, adding life and a touch of South Florida to the venue.  In the coming weeks, in connection with the Dolphins celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, children from various community organizations under the Brazilian artist’s direction will help paint the helixes with Britto’s pulsating colors and pop themes.

“Britto is not only renowned throughout the world, he’s quintessential South Florida,” said Ross.  “His vibrant art is unequaled and representative of our diverse region, which is why it’s a perfect fit for the stadium.”

“It’s wonderful to have individuals like Stephen Ross who bring so much beauty to cities across the country and around the world, I’m so excited he invited me to join him on this new journey of the Miami Dolphins where sports and art are celebrated in the same place!,” said Britto.

Ross also announced a long-term partnership with Ocean Drive Magazine to open a high-end, ultra-modern, Ocean Drive Club in Land Shark Stadium. The private members-only club will operate exclusively during Miami Dolphins games and offer a private VIP orange carpet entrance, access to the Dolphins sidelines, alumni and cheerleader visits, celebrity appearances, large-screen televisions, fine dining and other special benefits.

“We are excited about partnering with Ocean Drive Magazine and bringing its glamour and chic South Florida lifestyle to the Dolphins gameday experience.  For those fans interested in enjoying Dolphins football from a unique and exclusive vantage point, as well as reveling in all of the special offerings from this high-end celebrity club, this will be the place to be for them” said Ross.

“We are thrilled to be a part of this revolutionary endeavor with Stephen Ross, one of the most entrepreneurial businessmen in the country," said Jason Binn, Founder and CEO of Niche Media. "This partnership is unlike anything else in the NFL, and we look forward to bringing the excitement and energy that Ocean Drive magazine brings to the city to Land Shark Stadium."

The Ocean Drive Club will be located by the Gate G sub-concourse and is expected to accommodate up to 250 members.  Its décor will be sleek and trendy with a South Florida club feel and include 4,500 square feet of social/lounging space, private cabanas, premium bar, chef-attended carving station, multiple flat-screen monitors with DirectTV’s NFL Sunday Ticket and Stadium Vision, concierge services and other amenities.  A limited number of memberships by invitation only will be offered for the 2009 regular season.

The innovative partnerships come on the heels of several exciting business announcements by the organization as it revolutionizes the fan experience at Land Shark Stadium.
