DOLPHIN STADIUM ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH KOHLER CO.
Water-conserving bath products part of the “KOHLER® Fan Experience” featured in Stadium’s all-new luxurious Club Level restrooms

MIAMI GARDENS, FL (August 8, 2007) – Dolphins Enterprises CEO Joe Bailey today announced a partnership with Kohler Co., Kohler, Wisconsin, extending through the 2007 season.

As part of Dolphin Stadium’s $300 million renovations, KOHLER® will introduce its bath products during the 2007 Miami Dolphins season offering guests the utmost experience in luxury.   The all-new Club Level restrooms at Dolphin Stadium will feature KOHLER® fixtures and faucets with the “KOHLER® Fan Experience,” the first all-touchless, luxurious restrooms in a sports and entertainment complex.

KOHLER® plumbing products are world-renowned for their singular level of quality, design innovation, technology and enduring artistry.  Never a follower of existing trends, Kohler strives to lead the way and set new standards for gracious living by creating products that deliver years of performance and beauty.

“Dolphin Stadium is undergoing a historic transformation unlike any stadium in the United States has experienced,” said Joe Bailey, CEO of Dolphins Enterprises. “Drawing its design inspiration from South Florida’s unique ‘sense of place,’ together with Kohler®, Dolphin Stadium is elevating the guest experience and providing an unmatched level of luxury to the restrooms within the stadium.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Dolphin Stadium on this incredible renovation,” said David Kohler, Executive Vice President for Kohler Co. “Their fans asked for public restrooms that raised the level of comfort, cleanliness and overall experience. In concert with Kohler’s corporate mission, I believe we’ve answered the challenge – that of bringing a touch of Gracious Living to Dolphin Stadium.”

Dolphin Stadium’s partnership with Kohler® includes products for its luxurious club level bathrooms that contribute to a complete sensory experience for patrons and fans with no one bathroom being the same. As they enter these uniquely designed bathrooms patrons are immediately drawn to the
visually stunning bathroom sinks, consisting of unique shapes, colors, forms and materials, including brushed stainless steel, artistically etched glass and genuine enameled cast iron in bright and playful colors.

The sensory experience continues throughout all the spaces immersing fans with desirable scents, sounds from the game piped into the bathrooms, and a complete touchless experience. That’s because Kohler outfitted the bathrooms with its technologically advanced touchless gooseneck faucets and flush toilets that rely on the company’s patented Tripoint™ technology.

Together with Kohler®, Dolphin Stadium ensured that careful attention was applied to selecting products that conserve water as well. Toward that end, Dolphin Stadium installed the KOHLER® Steward™ waterless urinals, recent recipients of a prestigious design award in a competition sponsored by BusinessWeek magazine and the Industrial Design Society of America, as well as faucets with low-flow aerators, and EPA WaterSense-listed toilets that flush 20 percent less than the 1.6 gallons-per-flush federal mandate.

Among the sponsorship benefits Dolphin Stadium will provide Kohler® include the “KOHLER® Finishing Touches” video on Dolphin Stadium’s video boards and the Miami Dolphins website, as well as various hospitality opportunities.
