Dolphin Stadium Announces Reginald Sperling as Director of Guest Services

MIAMI, FL (July 16, 2007) – Dolphins Stadium today announced the addition of Reginald Sperling as Director of Guest Services.  Sperling will be responsible for leading the Guest Services staff in providing the gold standard in guest services at Dolphin Stadium. 

Sperling comes to Dolphin Stadium with 22 years of national and international hospitality service experience, having worked with global brands such as Marriott, Hyatt and Westin Hotels in different capacities including sales, service and training.  At Marriott Hotels, Sperling held various positions throughout including Sales Manager for their Miami regional office, Guest Services Manager for their 2,000th Marriott property in Tampa and Front Office Manager for their South Beach property, overseeing Concierge, Bell Staff, Elite coordinators, Valet Parking and the “At Your Service” program.  Prior to joining Marriott, Reginald was the Customer Service Consultant/Training Manager for Westin Caesar Park in Panama.

With the opening of the all-new Club Level for the 2007 Miami Dolphins season, Dolphin Stadium promises to provide Club members a heightened, luxury experience, and Sperling will play a key role in making sure that promise is delivered. Sperling will also develop, implement and conduct guest services training programs for the Guest Services staff.
