Food-Truck-Invasion-600x300 No DateCome hungry to Sun Life Stadium this Sunday when the Miami Dolphins host the Carolina Panthers because the Food Truck Invasion returns bring five of South Florida’s favorite food trucks. The gourmet trucks will be serving up food outside of Gate E from 9:00 am until kickoff, and once again after the game.

A branch off of celebrity Chef Ze Carlos Jimenez’s restaurant in Miami, The MexZican Gourmet Food Truck is serving up “simply authentic” Mexican food. The menu consists of traditional corn tortillas stuffed with a variety of fillings ranging from chicken and pork to the Legacy, featuring a blend of brisket, chorizo and chicharron. In addition to tacos, Mexzican Gourmet also has other “Mexican Flair” including; Quesadillas, Gourmet Chicken Toztadas, and Mexzican Sub-“Torta.”
Husband and wife, Raymond and Maria Delgado, created the Grill Master Café, with the idea of putting their own twist on traditional Cuban cuisine. Their menu features everything from a churrasco sandwich with skirt steak, grilled onions, mayo and Grill Master sauces, to sides that range from croquetas to blooming onion.

Back for the fourth time this season, Cheeseburger Baby food truck is a branch off of the long-time South Beach restaurant bearing the same name. The brick and mortar restaurant, which is known as “The Very First Cheeseburger Restaurant on South Beach,” is a late night favorite amongst visitors and locals, whose menu features a variety of burgers and sides.

With a culinary team led by Chef Scoti Sabatino, Parabas Grill dishes out “Street Food with a Tropical Attitude.” From Scollop Ceviche and Crispy Grouper Tacos to Green Chile Cheesesteak Sliders, there is something for everyone at Parabas Grill.

Started by Micah Molinari in 2012, Crazydilla has taken the quesadilla to new heights. Putting a spin on an old favorite with a menu featuring items that include the Cubadilla; a toasted organic tortilla stuffed with slow roasted Cuban pork Serrano ham, Swiss cheese and pickles as well as the Cosa Nostradilla; an Italian take on the traditional quesadilla, with meatballs, melted mozzarella, provolone, and fresh parmesan.
