Get ready for another Food Truck Invasion this Sunday at Sun Life Stadium as the Miami Dolphins host the New England Patriots. The gourmet trucks will be serving up food outside of Gate E from 9:00 am until kickoff, and once again after the game.
David Peck, who starred as Executive Chef in the kitchens of Morada Bay Beach Café and Tap 42, started his latest culinary adventure with Box of Chacos. Featuring traditional Mexican and Latin American dishes with an influence of Asian flavors, the Box of Chacos menu features items ranging from the Chow Mai chicken taco to quesadillas made with Tio’s pork, jalapeño kimchi, three cheeses and salsita.
Making their first appearance at Sun Life Stadium this season, the Churrasco Grill delivers South American flavors fresh off the grill. Ranging from the traditional Churrasco Steak Sandwich to the Brazilian Sampler featuring bacon wrapped chicken, Picahna Sirloin steak, parmesan pork loin and Brazilian sausage served with rice and fries, you are sure to find your fill at this culinary delight
Back for the fifth time this season, Cheeseburger Baby food truck is a branch off of the long-time South Beach restaurant bearing the same name. The brick and mortar restaurant, which is known as “The Very First Cheeseburger Restaurant on South Beach,” is a late night favorite amongst visitors and locals, whose menu features a variety of burgers and sides.
One of Miami’s newest food trucks, Saucy ‘Stache allows hungry patrons to create their own dish, by picking their protein, sides and sauce. Your dish starts with your choice of grilled steak, chicken breast, shrimp, or veggies, combined with the side of your choice, all cooked with one of 15 house-made gourmet sauces.
Another first-time truck at this week’s Food Truck Invasion at Sun Life Stadium is Que Pinchos Tacos y Mas. Founded by Belkys Rodriguez, Que Pinchos Tacos y Mas serves up a wide variety of delicious Mexican, Caribbean, Cuban and Spanish inspired cuisine.
