DCC IV took to the streets of South Florida over November 2nd and 3rd, with more than 2,500 cyclists riding along six different routes to raise funds for the University of Miami Comprehensive Cancer Center. This year’s ride has already raised more than $3.1 million for the fight against cancer.
Just before dawn on November 2nd, riders departed Sun Life Stadium as the Miami Century and Miami 30 rides began.
On day two, the morning started as youngsters took part in the alex’s place Kids Ride. Children between the ages of three and 13 had the chance to challenge themselves on various routes around Sun Life Stadium. Later in the day, cyclists taking part in West Palm Beach ride, Boca 40 and Dolphins 13 routes finished their ride by crossing the 50-yard line at Sun Life Stadium.
Participants celebrated on the field following their rides, all in an effort to raise money to fight against cancer.
