Brazil will take on Colombia in tomorrow’s 2014 FIFA World Cup quarterfinals. These top-ranked national teams will meet again in a matchup at Sun Life Stadium shortly after their July 4th World Cup matchup.
World Cup hosting team, Brazil, has had a more difficult route of stepping into the quarterfinals opposed to their opponent, Colombia. Colombia has had four straight wins as the team goes into the match. The South American rivals go into the quarterfinals with Brazil hoping to clinch its sixth World Cup title and Colombia hoping to make history for the first time and bring home the World Cup win.
Colombia has beaten Brazil twice in World Cup history. Brazil has reached the quarterfinals in six World Cups but has also been eliminated in this round twice. Brazil is putting a lot of focus on star, Neymar, who has scored four goals during the event. Colombia is looking to Rodriguez to boost the team for the win.
