Timing: We want you and your guests to be absolutely delighted with your experience at Sun Life Stadium. We strive to make every detail as smooth and easy for you as possible.
As you can imagine, it takes a little time to prepare for a party, so please place the order for your catering order by 3 pm, five (5) full business days prior to each event. This gives us the time we need to take good care of you.
Please submit your completed signed banquet event order to our catering coordinator at the contact information listed.
Also as a friendly reminder, all food and beverage is subject to a taxable 20% service charge and Florida sales tax.

Service Charge and Tax: All food and beverage items are subject to a taxable 20% service charge and 8% state sales tax. Pricing is based upon groups with fifty (50) guests or more. Additional service charge will be applied for groups with fewer than 50 guests. Additional service charge will be applied for events with food and beverage sales below $350. The 20% service charge is not distributed to employees, it is a charge to cover the cost of service.
Payment Policy: A signed copy of the banquet event order is due 5 business days prior to the event along with a completed credit card authorization form.
