Public elevators are available at Sun Life Stadium. There are four accessible elevator locations for guest with disabilities requiring elevator access. Accessible elevators are located on the east, north and south gate of Sun Life Stadium. Usage is restricted to the patron with a disability and three (3) companions whenever these entrances are open.
All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level in the stadium.
If a patron plans on bringing a service animal into the stadium, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes.
Wheelchair & Companion Seating
Sun Life Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with unobstructed sight lines on every level. Be advised that Sun Life Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
ADA TICKET EXCHANGES: Should a Member require accessible seating for a particular game, accommodations may be made prior to that game subject to availability. The Member of record must contact the Sun Life Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into wheelchair and companion seating. Please be advised advance notice is recommended to better service specific requests. All ADA ticket exchanges are based on a first come, first served basis. DAY OF GAME RELOCATION:
Patrons who acquire tickets to a game or event being held at Sun Life Stadium via secondary markets (e.g., Ticket Exchange, Ticketmaster) but who need to be relocated to a designated wheelchair/companion seating area, are required to exchange tickets day of game. Please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair/companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Service, signal or guide animals for disabled guests are welcome at all Sun Life Stadium events. Sun Life Stadium also allows animals, which are integral to a pre-approved event. If specific accommodations are needed for service animals, please call Sun Life Stadium at 305-943-8000.
Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available and provided at all Guest Services and concierge desks. Guests must present a picture ID, credit card or a valid driver’s license as a security deposit for the use of these devices.

As a complimentary service to all guests, a towing service will provide free emergency road service within Sun Life Stadium to any guest experiencing car trouble before, during and up to one hour after any event. Services include recharging a battery, as well as changing a flat tire. A fee will apply if vehicle is requested to be moved off property.
Baby changing tables are available in all women’s and men’s restrooms throughout Sun Life Stadium.
The NFL has instituted a safety policy for all stadiums that will make the security process more efficient and effective. The Miami Dolphins are committed to ensuring the fan experience is second to none, and the safety of our guests at Sun Life Stadium is essential to maintaining this experience.
The safety policy affects the type and size of bags that are permitted into the stadium – not the items that fans normally need to bring to a game. Fans may continue to carry pocket items such as keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets and credit cards. Fans wishing to purchase Miami Dolphins branded approved bags can visit the team store at Sun Life Stadium.
Below are the NFL approved bags fans may carry into the stadium:
Fans will continue to be able to tailgate with their usual items in the parking lots. Items such as smart phones, binoculars and cameras will still be permitted into the stadium. However, binocular and camera cases are prohibited. This policy is meant to speed up the process of entering the stadium along with increasing security measures.

Bokampers MVP Club, located on the suite level, is an oversized luxury suite that is sold on an individual or group basis. This area allows ample space for guests to enjoy and mingle as group or individually. The suite has an occupancy level of 144 guests and is located in the East end zone on The BankUnited Club Level. Bokampers MVP Club has access to its own private elevator, located at Gate E. Tickets may be purchased annually or on an individual game basis. The amenities included for our guest to enjoy include a delicious buffet and open bar as well as pregame Cheerleader and Alumni visits.

Located on the 200 level, these seats are wider, weather-protected and provide access to air conditioned lounge areas. In order to access the 200 level, guests must have a ticket for The Club, a Premium Suite, or Executive Suite. A Club Level re-entry pass is issued to each guest as they exit, and guests must present their ticket and re-entry pass upon return to The Club.
Every fan who visits Sun Life Stadium deserves the best possible experience. You can contribute to a great experience by conducting yourself appropriately at all times and making sure anyone who uses your tickets does the same. For the enjoyment and safety of all, the following behaviors are prohibited:
On game days, all Members and Guests are encouraged to report any violation of this Code of Conduct. You can report such incidents by informing an Usher, Police Officer, or any member of the Sun Life Stadium Guest Services Staff. In addition, you can discreetly report unruly fans from your seat by texting “FAN” ISSUE AND LOCATION to 69050 from any compatible mobile device subject to fees and rates established by your service provider, and the information will be relayed to stadium security.
Any Member or Guest who violates this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, Membership revocation and possible arrest.

The Concierge desks provide guest services to all guests on the 200 and 300 levels and are located in the Gate C and G elevator lobbies (sections 242, 342, 215, and 315).
All major credit cards are accepted at food, beverage and merchandise points of sale throughout Sun Life Stadium.
Sun Life Stadium and Anheuser Busch encourage our guests to be responsible, especially when consuming alcoholic beverages during an event. Guests must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to be eligible as a designated driver. The Designated Driver Program begins when the gates open and ends at 3rd quarter for football. Designated drivers will receive a coupon for a free soft drink to be redeemed at any concession stand and are entered into a raffle to receive a team jacket. At the end of the season one designated driver will be randomly selected from each participating team/stadium and have a chance for a trip to the Pro Bowl.

Located on the 200 level by Gate C, the Fantasy Lounge is the ultimate destination for fantasy football fans. Enjoy football games from around the NFL in the comfort of this air conditioned area on The Club (open to Club members and suites as well as Field Club guests only), with a large freestanding bar. The Fantasy Lounge offers access to the latest fantasy stats, news from around the NFL and other exclusive content on NFL Mobile.
The Fin Club is the first loyalty rewards program of its kind in the NFL. Fans earn points by engaging in activities with us; these points can be redeemed towards exclusive rewards and VIP experiences. Point-earning activities include attending Miami Dolphins games, reading Dolphins articles and viewing photos across our sites, liking us on Facebook, following and re-tweeting our posts on Twitter, buying merchandise from the Online Pro Shop, buying merchandise and more. In 2005 the Miami Dolphins celebrated their 40th season with the creation of the Gallery of Legends. The Gallery of Legends is a visual tour marking the 47 years of Miami Dolphins’ History. This exhibit is a journey through time honoring the nine Dolphin players enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Honor Roll inductees, as well as the “1972 Perfect Season Team.” The exhibit contains memorabilia, photographs, game programs and authentic game used items such as jerseys, helmets, footballs and other historical artifacts from 1966 to the present.

Created in 2011, the Joe Robbie Alumni Plaza pays homage to the founder of the Miami Dolphins. The signature piece of the Joe Robbie Alumni Plaza is the Robbie statue is (located in front of Gate C), and is surrounded by the “Dolphins Walk of Fame”. The inaugural class of inductees to the Walk of Fame included Robbie and Hall-of-Famers Don Shula, Dan Marino, Bob Griese, Nick Buoniconti, Jim Langer, Larry Little, Larry Csonka, Dwight Stephenson and Paul Warfield.
The Kickoff Tailgate is the best way to start your game day experience is the most exciting pre-game tailgate party in the NFL. Featuring Bru’s Room Sports Grill, this unique tailgating experience allows Guest to arrive early, beat the traffic, and enjoy an all-you-can-eat tailgate style menu. It begins two hours prior to kick-off for every regular home season game with live entertainment and cheerleader performances. It is located at Sun Life Terrace on the north side of the Stadium (Gate C).

On non-event days, lost and found may be contacted at (305) 943-8000. Lost and found items will be held for 24-48 hours after the event and if unclaimed after 24-48 hours are either disposed of or donated to a charitable organization. Sun Life Stadium is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
LIV Sun Life is a ticketed venue situated above the west end zone of Sun Life Stadium encompassing contiguous spaces on the 300 and 200 levels of the club level. Guests in each area have full access to a unique set of entertainment and hospitality amenities only available to LIV Sun Life ticket holders. Amenities include: special entry into the stadium, preferred valet parking options, waitressed food and beverage service at your seat, game by game entertainment programming, live DJs playing during breaks in the action & post game, and of course – the risk of running into a “who’s who” of celebrities, athletes and musicians.

Payment made in connection with Memberships are non-refundable, whether made online, in-person, or otherwise except as expressly stated herein. Online bill payments are currently available 24 hours/7 days a week. Please read the instructions below to utilize these payment methods. You will be required to enter your password for either an online or telephone payment. Members are responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of your assigned password. To have a password re-issued the Member of Record can request a reset of the password by logging into Account Manager by entering e-mail address on file and select forgot password. Upon receiving a valid request, TicketMaster will e-mail a temporary password to login and reset.

Ticketmaster ‘Ticket Forwarding’ allows the customer of record to cancel a “specified game on the member ticket card” and forward a “Virtual Ticket” to a friend or business associate. The “Virtual Ticket” generates a new barcode and is formatted as a printable file (Adobe Acrobat Required). When printed at home and presented at the gate, the print-at-home ticket allows admission into the stadium. Certain time restrictions and other conditions may apply to Ticket Forwarding. There are no charges for ticket forwarding.

NFL Ticket Exchange: Buy and Sell Dolphins Tickets:
The Miami Dolphins and the NFL have partnered with Ticketmaster to allow our Members to post their individual game tickets for re-sale on a team approved website. Once that website is enabled for 2015, Members can log on to their account via Account Manager and select ‘SELL.’ Upon clicking sell, a new browser window will open to the NFL Ticket Exchange website where Members can post their individual game tickets for sale. Once your posted tickets are purchased, the barcodes on your ticket card for the specified game are cancelled and new barcodes are issued to the buyer. Members are expressly prohibited from selling or offering for sale your Membership benefits (including, without limitation, game tickets) through a publicly available marketplace other than the Ticketmaster’s NFL TicketExchange, whether or not electronic or accessible through the Internet. Any use of our website to facilitate the sale of your Membership benefits (including, without limitation, game tickets and parking passes) through another publicly available marketplace may result in any or all of the following: (i) cancellation of all or some of your Membership benefits, including game tickets and parking passes; (iii) revocation of your right to use the Dolphins Account Manager website to manage your Membership and any or all of our other services; and (iv) revocation of such sold or transferred Membership benefits (including, without limitation, game tickets and parking passes).

Stolen and Lost/Destroyed Tickets:
Tickets will be made available to Members online prior to each applicable Miami Dolphins game at a date and time to be determined by Miami Dolphins Ltd. in its sole discretion. To accommodate Members, if tickets cards are stolen, destroyed or lost, the Member of record can contact the Miami Dolphins Ticket Office and request duplicate ticket cards. There is a $10 per seat charge for replacing stolen, lost or destroyed ticket cards and the Member of record must pick up the duplicate ticket cards in person with a valid photo ID. If the ticket cards have been stolen, please provide a police case number to the Miami Dolphins to have the $10 card reprint charge waived.
Membership Transfers are limited to an “Immediate Family Member” if a personal account, or an “Affiliate” if a company or corporate account.
Upon divorce or separation, we will honor a stipulation authorizing retention or transfer of membership to one or both of the parties. Without stipulation or agreement, the tickets shall revert to the Miami Dolphins who shall have the right to divide the tickets between the parties or otherwise cancel the account.

Change of Address:
A change of address can be submitted by using any of the following options:
1. Complete and submit the address change form with a valid photo ID.
2. An address change can also be made via fax (305-943-6811) with a copy of a valid photo ID or in person at the Dolphins Ticket Office. Ensure prompt delivery of tickets, notices and other dated information by keeping address and telephone information current on your Membership Account. If you have multiple accounts, please indicate all account numbers that are impacted by the address change. Membership Accounts cannot be changed to or designated as ‘in care of’ a person or entity

Miami Dolphins Football
For your convenience, Sun Life Stadium parking lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff. To avoid delays, arrive early and please follow the direction of the parking attendants and police officers. Parking lots close two (2) hours prior to the conclusion of regulation play.
Parking for Guests with Disabilities
Sun Life Stadium has disabled parking spaces located on site for easy access to and from the stadium. Disabled parking is located at North, South, East and West Gates. A valid disabled parking pass is required for admission into the disabled parking lots. All guests must have a valid pre-paid parking pass or pay the standard parking fee for access to lots.
There are no pay phones in Sun Life Stadium.

The Football Press Box is located on the 300 level at gate G and 200 and 300 levels at gate H (Broadcast Booths Only). This area is restricted to officials with proper credentials. This area can be accessed via the designated press box elevators at gate G & H.

Guest have the ability to display a message and photo on the hi-definition video boards during a Miami Dolphins home game to help celebrate a birthday, anniversary or any other special occasion. Messages will run at the end of the halftime break on the hi-definition video board.
For a donation of $350 to the Miami Dolphins Foundation, your message and photo can be up in lights at Sun Life Stadium. For a donation of $500 to the Miami Dolphins Foundation, a photo and live shot of the person can also be shown on the board.

All account holders that need assistance with lost/stolen tickets should notify Sun Life Stadium Ticket Office before game day so the replacement tickets can be processed in a timely manner.
There is no direct transportation service available to Sun Life Stadium.
Taxis are available by the Gate 4 entrance. In the event a taxi is not available, the security officer at Gate 4 will be pleased to call one.
Towing services are on site to help guests with vehicle challenges following events.
Wheelchairs are available for transporting guests to their seating location. Guests may ask the Gate Supervisor for wheelchair assistance. Guests need to supply their own wheelchair if they plan to sit in a wheelchair space during an event. Wheelchairs may not be reserved in advance.

During football, seating is available for guests with disabilities, but not requiring a wheelchair. Ambulatory seating can be purchased in most seating areas. Wheelchairs will be available to bring a guest to their seat, but will not be available for use during the event. The guest will be picked up at the conclusion of the event and brought back to the gate.
